World Cinema Open Air

Our open air films 2017 are from Cuba (Esteban), India (Newton), Egypt (Mawlana) and Burkina Faso (Wallay). These films will be shown on August 12, 18 and 19 in the Vondelpark Open Air Theatre and from August 23 – 26 at Marie Heinekenplein. This year we add a brand new open air location to the festival: Oosterpark, in the courtyard of Café de Tropen (next to KIT) we will be showing free open air films on August 11th and 12th. Films start once the sun has set, around 21h30.

Please note:  Access to the open air screenings at the Vondelpark and the Marie Heinekenplein is free, yet all voluntary donations are very welcomed!
