In this programme, all five episodes of Loverboy Amsterdam can be seen, divided over three blocks. The first episode was already shown during Rialto for Short. Cyriel Guds and members of the cast will explain the episodes between the blocks. Host of the evening: Fey Lehiane.
WCA Presents: Cyriel Guds
Cyriel Guds (1988) is a well-known face in the theatre and film world. As a graduated actor, he played alongside Huub Stapel in the Dutch theatre production of Intouchable and acted in the feature film Suriname and the series Moccro Maffia, among others. As a film maker, Cyriel has several short films to his name, including Snitch with rapper Kempi. The five-part web series Loverboy Amsterdam, in which he himself plays the lead role, is his most recent and most extensive work to date. This series has garnered him enormous followings on YouTube, all the more reason to also show Loverboy Amsterdam on the big screen. Cyriel and members of the cast will of course be present to explain their work.
