WCA presents focuses on makers from the Netherlands and Belgium with roots elsewhere. The diversity of films by these local makers fits nicely into the selection of films during the festival: local, but with a worldly outlook.
During this edition of WCA Presents the festival presents starting talent, discovered during Rialto's short film programme: Rialto for Short. The filmmakers taking part are at the beginning of their career, are young and already show such talent that their work deserves a place on the big screen. Two of them will be put in the spotlight during WCA Presents: Evani Gilds and Cyriel Guds.
